I have been emailing and calling your store since December of last year. My bed has been defective since the day of the delivery. I was able to talk to someone a couple of weeks ago, and she hasn't returned my calls and now no one is answering my calls! I am paying for a defective bed! I bought so multiple pieces of furthering for the last 10 years! No complaints until now! They are definitely loosing a customer!
