A few days ago I downloaded and paid...
- - The customer bought Abelssoft SSD Fresh 2026 and paid; activation email not received, unlike past Ashampoo orders.
A few days ago I downloaded and paid for Abelssoft SSD Fresh 2026. My Cleverbridge reference number is: 54923****.
I received the first email and was told that the next email with the license activation would arrive soon. So far I have not received the second email, so I can't activate SSD Fresh. I have bought a lot of products from Ashampoo and have never had this problem before.
Please help me with this problem. Thank you, Richard Starrett.

Backup not working
- - Only the downloads folder was backed up; documents, photos, and other files were not.
- - The backup did not include expected items and needs fixing.
I created a backup and almost all of the stuff I wanted did not get backed up. I wanted all documents, all photos, all pass files and others, but the only thing copied was a downloads folder. How do I fix this?

- - Purchased Backup Pro 16 on June 9, 2022 for $11.
- - In Oct 2022, offered Pro 17 for $17.
- - Renewal after a year and a new sale after minor changes are noted.
I purchased Ashampoo Backup Pro 16 on June 9 2022 for $11. 4 months later at the beginning of October 2022 I received an offer to buy Ashampoo backup Pro 17 for $17.
I have purchased software from Ashampoo before and I have noticed the following nasty modus operandi in their marketing: (1) they charge you a renewal after a year as written in the small print dificult to see (2) OR / AND they make a minor change to the software, they increase in 1 the version number and they offer it for sale again to the same purchaser.
I offered to Ashampoo to buy the same Ashampoo Backup Pro 17 for $8 but they refused; I am angry for that. Many software vendors offer free upgrades to newer versions
