Why doe’s ASEA bring in a computer technician and want to charge a $1? That is ridiculous! billed, hold account

Was checking on amount I was billed. I also want to put a hold or cancel.

I have too much and will be using even less Asea. Purchased on 3/16 154.65 and 4/6$202.86.

I am extremely frustrated with your company and am on the *** of writing a negative review.

I had to clear the cache of my computer and now it says that my user number and passcode are wrong.

I asked you by email to help me reset my passcode.

You sent me a link to my other email address of a...@gmail.com, that I rarely if ever use and gave me 60 minutes to correct my passcode.

Are you kidding me???

You have my other email address listed as the one to use, and you used a backup email address. Why??

We have busy lives and this is not possible.

Please send me a link today to reset my passcode at a...@jewelconsultancy.com and give me 24 hours to do this.

I have tried to reach you by phone, but customer service is obviously not what you are about. Waiting over an 90 minutes to get someone on the phone is crazy, and then not getting through before business hours are over. Waiting many days to get an answer to an email is what???
