was very unhappy that this company dragged out my claim , knowing their driver was ticketed & voluntarily accepted responsibility to responding officer . even witnesses & photo's , but continued to drag out for years only too eventually have to settle.
sad company practice , rude staff , would never want anyone to experience what ive been thru. would never recommend knowing this company is a cancer to the insurance industry image . most insurance companies try to settle quickly. why assume cost on their side of lawyers, investigators filings ect...
if they know that their driver is with a doubt at fault ? they don't , but ascendant commercial insurance dosent operate like many reputable insurance companies
