This is the second Bill Estes I have delt with. Asbury are the corporate owners. On two separate occasions the time it took for the service department to do the work was absolutely insane. Service Dept kept changing the story and other vehicles were being out before mine even with an appointment. This last round they had my Jeep for over 3 weeks and it wasn't until I called corporate that anything got done. Be prepared for a long wait with any vehicle taken to a Bill Estes in Lebanon Indiana or Brownsburg Indiana.

I've c called three times and never got a response next step after this contact is to go to the television channel

Had a problem with cogglin Ford in Florida I've sent paper work to the attorney general's office Dept of agriculture bbb n would like to solve my problem thankyou sue izzo I was treated so badly they broke my vehicle n charge me for their mistake n refused to let me get my vehicle back they didn't bill my ins. That would of cost me 100 dollars (fidelity) what was supposed to take no longer that three hours took two days, Refused to let me get oxygen delivered to me at the dealership causing me health issues
