ASAP Roofing

Hi over a month ago i moved from detroit mi to dallas texaa and I worked at this company as a sales rep or what they call it project manager. This position is door to door sales from noon to 9pm.

I was only employed here for 4 days it wasn't a fit for me bothering people during bed time and or dinner time. And the reason for the short week is that my grandfather died and his funeral was that weekend and I had to drive up north to Chicago for it. But even after these people knew about my grand father passing away and the stress that has caused me, day after day week after week and now over a month they have still not have paid me. I also changed my direct deposit slip for them went out of my way for that still no help.

Two weeks ago I went to the Texas location and inquired about everything no one knee anything I even tried to get ome of theowner phone number and surprisingly no one knew igor phone number. The only contact information that i was able to obtain was his email (igor @ asaproofing com) but I sent him an email mid last week and now it's a whole new week and still no response. This company feeds many lies to their employee's. I've never wrote an review but I think thus is the only way to these people I just want my little $250 check.

Hopefully this get through with them.

I've been very patience nice and understanding but this has gone too far. Bottom line i just want my money that i worked hard for so i can move on and continue to enjoy the new state i moved too.

ASAP ROOFING is dishonest, terrible customer service. Their sales rep sold me wrong shingles in color, he told me they were HOA approved but I found out they weren't. Asap is not willing to replace the roof again and said that I couldn't proof that their sales rep told me it was approved. Better yet, I gave them a check little over $10.000. They were supposed to mail it to my mortgage company for me.

I made a deposit $250 which was promised to me to get it back. After weeks when I called them to ask about the check, and tell them that I like to discontinue service with them because I couldn't get a hold of nobody for weeks, I found out they've cashed my check and they promised I would get my deposit back.

Another week later they refused to release the $250 to me. On top of that I found out that the mortgage company never recieved the check. They have signed the check somehow, endorsed it and cashed it. The insurance, mortgage company, and I know now and we are waiting for answers. I'm pretty sure they are getting ready to get in biiiiig trouble!!!!

Terrible! Stay away from this outfit.

I had three different stories from three different people all in the first month of trying to do business with them. Work sat and sat and excuse after excuse then they tried to lie to my insurance company and completely denied the whole thing! They are shady like no other. One guy even came to my house higher than a kite on whatever drug and thought I was going to handover my insurance check to him.

Uh NO!

I regret the day I was pressured into signing their *** contract from their pushy canvassers and will never have a positive word for them ever again. HORRIBLE!

I would never go with these guys ever again! They came knocking at my door selling me a new Roof under one name .

Then a week later said they were another name. They finally built the job a week later I had leaks coming from the roof all over the place. I kept trying to get a hold of them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I had to hire someone else to come fix it.

Then I get a call a week later from the previous company they worked for saying that they had no longer worked for them, that they were still open and not closed down like I was told.

Anyways do not go with this company at all there are a lot of good companies out there that have been around longer then a couple of months that know what they are doing. Here look they were also on the news for screwing up someones roof.
