I would go as far to say harrasing, they are not honest, lie,
two men came to my house , biggest mistake was opening the door. they told me no commitment, we both could walk away if I decided to not have roof repaired, then told me if could sign this form it would give them permission to go up on the roof and see if there were any damages..that is all the signing was for so I signed it..he stated once again it was just so they could get on the roof..ok,. we tried to schedule a time for them to come out but just couldn't get it to work in our schedules, they blew up my phone throughout the day and night. I told them I was no longer going to go with their company at this time..i didn't approve of their aggressive nature it made me feel uncomfortable. no I have received a letter saying they are going to put a lein on my house,...if I don't respond which I did and said I didn't want to do business with them and to stop calling my phone. DON'T OPEN YOUR DOOR!!!!!! WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY DIRECT!!!!!!!!!!!SIGN NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Were you able to get out if the contract? How did you manage to?
same exact thing happened to me, they came and just say if we can look up and now they are blowing my phone up pushing me in to stuff that my insurance didn't even approved!
Since I am active member of HOA and will call tomorrow Attorney general state of Texas and as well as BBB.
It is absolutely cheating for them to give you fake paper without explaination!
