I am a provider midwife. I was quoted one price then given another.

Over 4,000 was paid including my insurance . Then just as the other patient said they give me a quote of another 2,784???

That would be over 6,000. I am different because I will seek legal counsel.

SCREWED BY ASAP

  • - Broke a molar over New Year’s weekend; severe pain.
  • - Dentist said pull and implant; replacement needed.
  • - Charged $4,200 for removal, base, and stitches.

New Years weekend I broke a molar. Pain was incredible.

Only dentist I could find open was ASAP. Dentist told me the tooth had to be pulled and recommend an implant to replace it. I was in such pain, I'd agreed to anything and he knew it. Charged me $4200 to remove tooth and insert the base and stitch me back up.

Took 15 minutes.

If I want him to install the new implant tooth it will cost an additional $3300 to get the implant tooth installed after the first procedure heals.

THAT'S $7500 FOR ONE TOOTH!!!

I learned afterward that $3500 would have been excessive. I was screwed.

Preferred solution: Price reduction

User's recommendation: bring your wallet or go somewhere else

  • - ASAP Dental suggested a root canal and quoted $1000.
  • - The dentist looked at the x-ray, left, and I was billed $128.
  • - The same thing happened to my husband.

I Made an appointment with ASAP dental for a tooth that was bothering me. I was told that I needed a root canal. When i arrived at the office. The technician told me that the dentist would be in soon. I waited about 15 minutes then the dentist came into the room. He looked at my x-ray and told me that someone would come in and tell me what it would cost. A receptionist came in an told me that it will cost $1000. I told the dentist I didn't have enough for the procedure and the dentist walks out. I got up and the Technician told me to wait here. I waited about 20 minutes and the Technician came back in the room with a prescription than I left. I get a bill in the mail for $128.00 just for him to look at the x-ray that I paid cash for. ASAP did the same thing to my husband. You think I learned. ASAP did nothing to my mouth to charge me $125.00 Beware of this rip off Dentist.

Loss:
$128
Cons:
  • Charged me for service that they did not proform
Reason of review:
Pricing issue

Asap dental socks, they'd rip you off. They charge me and my husband 2200usd for what they tagged "deep cleaning" and 3months after they call my husband to tell him they forgot to add a bill for and they sent another bill which was already paid for and I said never again will see my face in their office.

I am done. It was painful.
