ASAP Appliance Repair of Union City
ASAP Appliance Repair RIPOFF - Omaha, Ne
01/18/2012 my wife bought a washer from ASAP Appliance Repair 4905 S 72nd St Omaha Nebraska for $695.50. When delivered, the gentleman who delivered the washer told us that is has a broken leg. 2 days later, they sent a tech to replace the broken leg, and the tech told us that the Hot Water Valve is broken (leaking).
My wife and I came to talk with the store owner, and he said that he will send someone to replace the broken valve on the next day. The next day, the store owner called and told my wife that he can't get *** of the ones who delivered and replaced to broken leg toi find out what cause the problem, and he refuses to fix the broken valve (part costs around $12-15).
We called the American Express to STOP the payment, and American Express says they will investigate this which may take up to 60 days. HELP, I don't know what to go from here, and we don't know what to do next. Since I won't trust the owner, so even with 1 year warrantee (he told my wife the the warrantee is in his computer) I just want to RETURN it.
He told me that they don't have the return policy, but I don't think we have to pay $690.50 for the BROKEN WASHER and the ripoff policy.
Thank You
