Horrible customer service

Need help getting a product that I paid for so that i can provide that service for my client and I have been waiting for over an hour staring at a screen waiting for a reply. Still waiting while my clients wait and I look like a chump.

Thanks Aryeo good stuff. Quick to take $$$$ but slow to help.
