I tried calling again asking for a manager or supervisor and got hung up on August waiting on hold for 30 min

I've been with this terrible company for only 4 months. I tried to cancel after the second month I never even filed a claim yet.

They then told me it would cost me $700 to close out. I decided not to. My ice maker started making a noise, so I called them. I was surprised that my co-pay was $125, but I paid it.

They sent over some old man that didn't do anything. I had to call them again. They sent the same man. Again he didn't do anything.

I had to call them again, but I told them not to send the same technician. They sent a different company. He had to order parts, took forever, but it got fixed. Now my washing machine starts acting up.

Again I call, but I tell them don't send the first guy. So the second one comes and decides it can't be fixed. By the way, this service call cost me another $125 on top of the $80 monthly fee I pay. ARW calls me and tells me it can't be fixed so they will give me $500 to replace it.

Mind you. It is only a 4 yrs old, and I paid $780 for it. So basically. $500-(125+80 service and monthly fee)$295 is what they gave me.

So I can't wait around letting my dirty closets pile up. I go buy a new washing machine. 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my $500 check. I just called ARW to cancel because u didn't sign any kind of term contract with them and I made are to ask if I could cancel at any time when I signed up.

This rude person has the nerve to tell me now that it works cost me $400 to cancel with them. I did not sign a contact.

They think I'm just going to give them free money every month. She said because I used there service, and they had to pay out that they have to recover there loss.
