Unprofessional manner of a manager
I wanted to withdraw my application as the reason for the refi no longer was an issue that I could not handle. The parting phone call was rude and a shouting message ensued.
As I repeatedly told the manager to withdraw...Tried his best to to do otherwise. Not happy and will never to business with these folks again!
