Loss of an Aruna Seth butterfly
- The butterfly on the shoes came off on the first wear.
- I request a replacement butterfly and can send photos.
It would have been useful if they could have said they are able to provide the part i was after or not. They simply slammed that it is an old style. I know we are in the age of disposable products but some of us are not chasing fashion.
In the past has been amazing. Not sure why I have not heard back.
I search for it when I realised but it was no where to be found.
The shoes are in pristine condition, never been worn since. Would love to send you photos if required.

User's recommendation: The shoes were comfortable and beautiful but was surprised about the elegant butterfly falling off. I have a pair of their flats with butterfly and they are fine. I hope this was a one off.

These shoes aren’t from any of their new collections. They look so old, i thought this site was for real reviews. lol don’t post old shoes and complain it falls apart.
Hi there We have checked these shoes and they are at least ten years old. They were not purchased from the arunaseth.com website so we are not sure where they were purchased from?
If you let us know and we can advise. When shoes are purchased from us clients have 14 days in which to return/ refund.
However if they are purchased from another seller we are unable to do anything as they are not sourced from us. Aruna Seth Team
Hi team, This shoe was bought from an Aruna Seth sample sale in London (2021) hence it being an older style. I am not asking for a refund in any way, just if the brand has a spare butterfly part so I can reattach it with a local cobbler. Could someone kindly get back to me.
