There were factors that I did not understand involving 3 parties. It was frustrating to sort through and I do not understand the terminology.
My frustration was misdirected because of bouncing between 3 parties.
Pleased to say Artwork Archive came through with email and a phone number to call one of the representatives. WELL DONE!

I have spoke with GoDaddy. You are the 3rd party. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO! I have NOT been able to contact ArtworkArchive to fix this problem.
