ArtStation - Identification issue

Its been a month since Ive been unable to log into my ArtStation account. The platform keeps asking me to sign in through a linked Epic Games account, but Ive never connected my ArtStation to Epic Games.

Ive already tried contacting support several times, but I havent received a single response.

I was also paying for a Pro account, so this situation is especially frustrating.

All of my portfolio is hosted on this account, and I urgently need access to it. If I dont receive a response soon, I will have to escalate this issue and file a formal complaint.
