Not honouring old customers
Artlist refused to help. I bought a perpetual license for software, Artlist took over the company and now refuse to let me authorize and use the software that I paid a lot of money for.
In their email they told me they don't or won't support legacy software, which is wrong.
They could easily enable a customer like me to activate the software, but they refuse. They want me to spend even more money on a subscription to Hitfilm, but I already own the software I need, it still works fine under windows, just can't render anything with it as Artlist refuse to let me activate the legally purchased software.
