Caterina Lichtenberg lessons not working
Today, when I try to open my lessons, I get an error message telling me that nothing is available. It's not very easy to contact ArtistWorks.

Don't wish to further proceed with membership. I did further research and realized that I'm not at a level to fully appreciate your offerings.
I am home bound, and don't wish to send in videos, as I'm not always quaffed! I do though, wish to sing the praises of Annie. She went out of her way to help me, and even contacted me while she was really sick at home. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty.
I hope you treasure what she brings to the table, plus her kindness, and gentle disposition. She's A KEEPER! I'm sorry if I caused any inconvenience. Oh, also, I tried to email you guys and couldn't find where to do so.

Preferred solution: To halt membership process
Artistworks.com Education should not be a rip off
- - $240 renewal fee charged via PayPal; DRINA claimed an email confirmation, then said it wasn't sent.
- - $25 credit and a gift card for the balance.
I had to cancel the payment thru my Bank. Open up a fraud investigation, and my payment was cancelled.
Thank God for getting the Banks involved.
Artist works had a chance to refund the, ill billed payment, but, did not follow thru. The banks and paypal were my only choice to get a refund.
Please refund my 240.00 it was not authorized...
Artistworks.com is a Music Education website. An annual renewal fee, that I was unaware of, was charged to bank account, via Paypal.
For $240.00 When I emailed DRINA in customer service, she stated that an email was sent to confirm payment, then she stated that was a miscommunication and they don't send that email. They automatically insure an annual renewal fee of $200+++ They offered me a credit of 25$, and a gift card for the remaining balance. This is a music education website. Education should NOT be high pressure sales.
Total rip off. Be aware of sites calling themselves educators that are only in it for the money!!
