Terrible customer service and no integrity
Our custom copper sink arrived in a wood box with virtually no padding, badly bent, twisted and dented, which I eventually discovered was RECYCLED copper and built in Mexico instead of the Pacific Northwest, where the company implies they are made. Discovered that even after sending ELEVEN photos from all angles and playing lengthy phone tag, that they have no intention of standing behind their product or replacing it, which had been "opened in Customs and apparently the padding was removed and not put back".
We spent several thousand dollars on this custom product for a specific use...and waited FIVE MONTHS. now the finished kitchen has no sink and we are starting over. They had the audacity to hang up on me and have not refunded one cent.
Paid a fortune for shipping for literal junk to be scrapped. Should take them to small claims court...
