Yes. The company has refused to replace the badly damaged, bent copper sink we received which had apparently been sent without padding in a wooden box.
Their statement was that padding must have been removed by customs.

We spent several thousand dollars on this custom product for a specific use...and waited FIVE MONTHS. now the finished kitchen has no sink and we are starting over. They had the audacity to hang up on me and have not refunded one cent.
