Wrong Item Sent Twice, Terrible Customer Service, Took too Long to Receive SECOND Wrong Order

on april 29 I ordered a 13 inch plant for a specific project for a client's home. I was sent the 33inch version.

It took a full month to get the replacement (WITH LITTLE TO NO COMMUNICATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS) which was ANOTHER 33 INCH PLANT. i AM RESEARCHING ANY AND ALL CONSUMER COMPLAINT AND PRORECTION AGENENCIES IN cANADA AND MAKING COMPLAINTS, tHE CORRECT ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT TO ME ASAP.

I've already made a complain to BBB here in US.

Wrong Item Sent Twice, Terrible Customer Service, Took too Long to Receive SECOND Wrong Order

On April 29, I ordered a 13-inch plant for a specific project for a client's home. I was sent the 33-inch version.

It took a full month to get the replacement (with little to no communication from customer service reps), which was another 33-inch plant. I am researching any and all consumer complaint and protection agencies in Canada and making complaints.

The correct item needs to be sent to me ASAP. I've already made a complaint to the BBB here in the US.

I am still waiting for my item. As the seller said it should arrive in march 2025

The part of my order from 15 Nov 2024 was not received (today is 17 Dec 2024). I sent couple of e-mails to the customer services, I initiated the conversations in e-chat on their site 4 times, I called and left voice messages 3 times. Finally, today I got an answer that my item is expected in March 2025...So deseprated...
