Nada. No reply. No communication.

Original review May 12, 2025
I paid $1,500 to be featured in a group ad organized by Artcorp Inc. (Artifact Projects NYC) for the December 2024 issue of Architectural Digest.

Im a 3D ceramic artist and expected a professional representation of my work. What I got was a dark, poorly printed ad with no context or description just my name and website. The piece looked flat and dull, and the size was far less visible than others on the same page.
I reached out three times to express my concerns. I received one brief, dismissive response offering a 20% discount on a future ad and then was completely ignored.
There was no offer for a proof, rendering assistance, or even a chance to add a description not even for an additional cost.

For the amount I paid, this felt misleading and unprofessional. Im sharing this to help other artists avoid the same
Loss:
$1500
Cons:
  • Dismissive customer service
  • No proof or preview option
  • Inadequate representation of 3d artwork

Preferred solution: At this point, I’d still welcome a direct resolution — but more importantly, I want other artists, especially those working in 3D, to be aware of how poorly Artcorp represents this type of work. I strongly recommend others avoid doing business with them.
