Articmaster Inc., has not paid back investors
The owners and operators of Articmaster, Inc. (www.articmasterinc.com), headquartered in Silver Springs, Nevada, Gary Phillippe and Cas Khoo, collected various monies from several parties to fund the start-up of Articmaster, Inc.
The business was started and has generated sales, income and profitability. From that revenue, he paid some back on time and in full, some late, and has yet to pay back all of them in full. Even as license agreements with various non-US companies has generated additional revenue after these due-payments were made, these two continued to stall the obligatory payments.
