The installation company refuses to do my repair and cancelled the part

I researched it and that unit was installed by Artic Temp last December 23rd and I asked Becky if they could honor the installation warranty since it was less than a year ago and she said that the warranty was only for the original owner who purchased the unit and proceeded to get really rude with me. She said Now I would have to pay a deposit of $400 and when I asked for an estimate of the repair she said $800-$1000, then I asked to give her a call back to find out with a guy I know if that was the going rate for that particular repair, and before he could call me back... she called and said that they were canceling the part order and for me to find a different company! She hung up on me twice! I can not believe how unprofessional she was! now I'm back to square one!
