Arthri D3

I bought Arthri D3 for 90 day supply and when I finished them I called 4 days later to ask for a refund and was told I had to call before I finished the pills or at the end of my 90 day trial period. This was written in the details when it was sent to me NOT before it was sent to me.

I ordered the pills on the 18th of June and the pills arrived on the 21st of June. I was supposed to call on the 18th of September NOT on the 21st of September. Therefore Customer care would not stand behind their product and they denied me the refund.

So yes I am pissed off at this company for not standing behind their product.

I hope the company CEO's die a horrible death soon. The sooner this planet gets rid of *** like this the better.

I order this product a year at a time. The sales-person proceeds to call me FOUR (4) months in a damn row, EACH month, trying to coerce/CONVINCE me into placing another *** order--( I just purchased 12 months-how stupid was this man?) I was forced to curse this rude, pushy, *** of a salesperson to get him to STOP CALLING ME!!!!

Now, Arthri-D is calling ME and placing me on hold for no less than 1/2 hour. AFTER CALLING ME!!---using RECORDED calls, no less. I am, unless Arthri-D can convince me, otherwise, going to put this post (cleaned up a bit) on every social media I can reach, Facebook being the first, YouTube and others. When I contacted Arthri-D about my issue, I was PUT ON HOLD, while talking with customer service.

DAMN Arthri-D. I can find the exact same ingredients (perhaps in different doses, I am certain) somewhere, else!!!

u have taken money out of my bank account , for items i havent had , u have now left me in debt with the bank , i want u to put money back into my bank with interest . mrs m ayivor, 44 williams road , shoreham by sea west sussex bn436bp, mob; no 0781811****, i do not want the tabs so why pretend to send them ,& charge me for something i havent had . if i dont get a response i will contact the papers the amount u have taken is £90 -54p, please contact me asap, i have given my details below

This product is advertised on TV, and infomercial. They claim it will stop joint pains and other great wonders. It does none of their claims. They say thirty day money back guarantee, but they charge your card for two months, then claim you have to use it longer that a month for results.

It takes an act of Congress to get them to refund and it's only for the first month. Beware of ALL infomercials and many wonder gadgets for $19.99 plus S&H.

I made a complaint to the US Postal Inspector and Visa regarding the scamming of Arthri-D.
