Poor customer service
I called to check on an order that was back ordered. It was to be shipped first of the month.
It has just arrived at the warehouse and has not been shipped. This is per customer service rep. I complained to this person as We Pay IN ADVANCE for orders. Her response was.
I gotcha.
Your clothing is not cheap and your customer service reps should be able to communicate properly. I a good customer and expect quality from all aspects of your business.
