Not happy with the mess up, missing markers,...
My wife ordered brush tip markers but you sent her 2 thin line markers sets instead. Most of them don't work like they should. She's not very happy about that and also some of the markers were missing out of the container.

but yet Hassans sky number.. this set does not have the color name on the tubes or anywhere on the box as it does in product picture on Amazon
