It has been over five months waiting for the parts to arrive so my leather(fake as they misled me)electric lazy boy can be used before I croak. Art Van in Traverse City is the WORST. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DEAL WITH IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.!

6 chairs and a kitchen table wete purchased over 2 months ago. We have been waiting for over 2 months for the delivery of the kitchen table. Now we are told the chairs are not returnable because it is over 7 days since delivery. What good are 6 chairs without a table. When the manager was contacted about this, he ended up hanging up the phone. Art Van your customer service is atrocious

Horrible Furniture at high prices. Their furniture is *** so is their service! Couch ripped after a couple months. They keep sending someone to sew it instead of replacing it. We've had it 7 months and it's ripped 4x already probably more but we can't be home every week to get it sewed. Wood Furniture came with nics and scrapes. There furniture is *** look elsewhere.
