Furniture Delivery

I purchased a dining room set just prior to the quarantine, but did not receive it. Now that the stay at home Oder was lifted, I expected to get a call regarding my purchase or a full refund. I can not afford to lose my money. Please contact me.

Bed is broken

I purchased a king size Tempur-pedic bed with the adjustable bed frame where the bed goes up and down. Now the bed is not going completely up or down on one side or the other. And I need to get this issue taken care of. Thanks Carol Oprondek

I get mattress from art van before couple days before Covid-19 and after they close the mattress I bought the price is going down can I get credit I was long years customer with art van and never they give me any gift and I have rewards for a$50 dollars 4times per year I get another item from art van this year too thanks .

How to clean sofa/chair

I purchased a Brook Sofa,Chair, and Ottoman ( sunset/spinoff orange) sku#30024**** #30024**** #30024**** in 2017. They are in need of cleaning and I do not see anywhere how to clean it ( no tag to show if I can use a solvent, water etc). Not able to reach ArtVan

A couple of open issues with ArtVan and now I am not able to get to them on any of their numbers to have someone address my concern. Issue # 1 - I bought a leather sofa which is not fitting right from the day they delivered, they tried replacing one piece of it but still the sofa is not fitting well, they are yet to fix that issue Issue #2 - For the amount, I spent they promised I will get a Coffee machine. I will get an email and I should claim it through the link in the email, after 2 months I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved and claim the coffee machine.
