Poor customer service
Poor customer service:
I have been buying products from « art natural » for several consecutive years . My last purchase of vitamin c serum is water like and after contacting their customer service ( explaining the issues along with pics to show the inadequate consistency of the serum ) the representative agreed that is was a bad batch/ not the normal product .
I had read that they offer a « 100% money back guarantee « but the representative told me to contact Amazon for the issue as they are the one who sent the serum .
I was expecting an easy issue resolving type of deal ( that art natural would send me a replacement right away) but instead after messaging back and forth with them, they just differed me back to Amazon, which I had initially contacted and who provided me the link to reach art natural.
I will not be buying from art natural anymore.. they lost me as a long time customer over a defective product that could/ should have been replaced without questions!

To check all ingredients in your shampoos and conditioner because it doesn't show
Nothing happened! I found the products on Amazon, and it shows me basically whats in it but I need to know all the ingredients and I couldnt find that anywhere on the sale page or the bottle wasnt turned over with a picture so that I could see what was in it. I cannot use products with wheat corn, soy eggs, or shellfish in them so I am interested interested in not only shampoo and conditioner, but your other products.

Customer Service
I tried to contact the Customer Service number and pressed option #1. Each time I was immediately disconnect from the call instantly.
I tried to reach chat and was sent to link where I would have been charged $1 for the answer to my problem.
(BTW it is no 10:50 PDT). This customer non-service is poor enough that I may no longer reorder from them as I have in the past, and choose a different company's product.

Expired oils
Want to talk to customer service, it just hangs up! Want to know the quality of the oils and if it is safe to keep using my oils. I dont know why i have to keep writing until i get to 100 symbols this is ridiculous I just want someone to call me back if thats possible this is ridiculous Im so done with this company

It broke down after 3 months and I need a new one. Im within warranty time.
I need for my kids.
I spent lots of money on it and just want replacement that Im entitled to. Hopefully I can get some help here.

Failure to give refund
Made purchase on Amazon for bottles of cleaning alcohol. Never received product now several emails each response asking fo same information I provided twice. Very poor communication.

I’m super disappointed I’m your company that you can’t contact them to rectify the issue OR handle it yourselves as it is YOUR product. After all if it were not for Amazon I never would have found the diffuser and never would have purchased 2 knowing what I now know about your company. Very disappointed and will never recommend your products and or your company. It’s to bad because my daughters friends used to love her diffuser when they would have sleepovers here.
Oh and I have already sent you a video so unless someone calls me or emails me for the video I’m not resending.
Go back and find my original email. I feel I’ve wasted enough time on this.

FRAUD
They are scammers, call the 1-855-ART-4488 Number...the website claims hand sanitizer is in stock and their outgoing phone message clearly contradicts this claim.
I ordered on 04/12 because their website fraudulently claimed that hand sanitizer was in stock and shipped on 48 hours. I have yet to receive the hand sanitizer and their website claims that it was shipped and delivered. The Aloe I ordered arrived and the bottle is filled with water.
They are taking advantage ofCOVID-19vid19 Pandemic and scamming everyone who orders their hand sanitizer and other products.
