Problem ordering
I have tried to order on sales several times and spent 3 hrs on website and still unable to order. Did contact us twice this time after midnight when order was still in cart.
Had already tried most of your instructions before contacting you.
Very hard to reach a live person on your end and very frustrating when no solution in your return email. It is 1:33 pm daylight savings time outside Phila now I would appreciate hearing from a hooooman please.

The item was tagged wrong . I received some tiny crystals in a bag with a sticker on it for the item I wanted.
Item # PEND-1067,is what I ordered, package has the sticker on it. But not what I reveived.

Service was very prompt. Almost immediate.
Didnt get instructions with beads . Customer service explained why and then guessed what bracelet I wanted to make from bead order and sent me the instructions.
