Wrong shirt
I bought my home shirt wich is authentic I paid £146 for lettering and number and champions league 49 Lewis skelly I received my shirt but it had the womans champions league badge on it. I buy all shirts every season and im disappointed that I cant wear my new home top because its wrong.
Im very disappointed in the way I keep trying to get in touch and get palmed off. I just want my shirt to be right with the right name and badge.
Ive asked where do I return my shirt Ive sent photos as well. Honestly as a customer and gooner please get this situation resolved many thanks Christian noble

Dear Membership Team,
Please can you resolve a problem for me? I have spoken to three of your customer service representatives on the phone and have sent several emails, but so far no one has managed to sort this out. The problem is that both the memberships of my son Jonathan (127****) and me, Peter (127****), are linked to one email: petermarsh307@***.com. That has made it hard to try to get access to tickets individually via the ballot process (for instance, for the match v Tottenham where ballot registration has just opened). Due to this issue, Jonathan can apply in the ballot for a single ticket. But if I also try to apply for a single ticket, I find I cannot because the system thinks I have applied already.
What needs to happen is that the two accounts are made separate, each with their own email address. Jonathan with the existing address petermarsh307@***.com and me, Peter, with petermarsh307@***.com. This is what I have asked you to set up, but so far it has not been done. All this is frustrating. Therefore, I would be grateful if you would ensure the two sets of accounts are set up as detailed below. Please let me know if there are any further problems.
