Lying inconsistency

I have taken the day off from work so that I can receive my fridge freezer as I haven't had one for over 3weeks. I receive a call 12 :37 from a 0793999**** Asking about parking around my area , I told the gentleman on the phone that they could park opposite the tram stop as that's where delivery company normally stop. While I was on the phone to this gentleman there was a call coming in from at 12:39 from 0194255****. I continued my conversation with the gentleman tell him that if they are close I ould direct them . He stated that they are 30 minutes aways and the drivers are not familiar with the area . I did say to them please to get them to call me when they are on their way so that I could direct them. After coming off the phone I tried to call back the 0194255**** number and got no answer phone seem to be off the hook . I tried to call back 0793999**** and the same thing was happen ,phone disconnected or I'm blocked. I then received a voicenote that they wasn't able to get access into my house , which I'm very confused about since I have been home waiting on my delivery plus the gas man . I work as a nurse and my personal time is very limited i took the time out to make sure that I would get my delivery even though the delivery was booked at short notice with out any notice just a email that I be getting my item the following day. User's recommendation: Avoid

Haven't received parcel

Waited in 2 days for parcel and haven't received it although my account says I have really concerned as this isn't a cheap item.

Most awful dishonest organisation ever used as sub contractors via dreaded Dom and G Insurance PLC who I have to sue and join these people and many more unknowns who do not actually deliver as alleged

Letter before action sent to D & G long ongoing suffering need to join the various unknown entities including Arrow XL as parties as all played a part in ultimate damage to me! Also the manufacturers Hoover/Candy and LG are implicated allowing use of these entities via...

Abuse of customer elderly and with heart condition and disabilities use van hire unknown cowboys to deliver not them as alleged and tell lies as reasons for not delivering opening the van even and opening her door to check the product which is alleged non reparable by dreaded D & G so run away despite protests chasing after showing injuries and workmen remonstrating all defrosted clean and ready to collect and need to check product item as replacement to see if acceptable as to dimensions and inside as no proper description ever given by D & G ---- Refuse to come back on day of the lies and making off force such customer to book a further attempted collect and delivery and do same all over again but this time witnesses present and no proper unpacking item they try and avoid delivering as too large to go into kitchen save through side gate which should not be an issue with decent delivery people when customer has paid for installation no proper delivery note at all and clueless hired van boys no idea of the chain of unknowns making customers suffer! Item damaged when finally packing opened and they failed to take packing away leaving elderly customer to do all that! Not like Currys locally at all! No proof of purchase ever supplied or anything and product damaged so issues with LG to inspect and repair!

I am having to issue civil proceedings v. D & G and join the whole rotten chain of unknowns including this so called chain of delivery which was not in fact used at the end but use some call centre to track the unknowns not themselves!

Bad delivery

Very rude delivery guy, he didnt spoke English, I couldnt understand him. He assumed that Im not home and he didnt come at the address
