Floor's squeak didn't glue sub floor. Missed floor joists with nails.
Had to take windows out and seal them. Had them come and try to fix the doors!! Didn't fix them still leaked air in. The owner was the one that came and tried to fix them.
I removed the doors and sealed them after his attempt!!!. Didn't put drain in garage floor that was on prints!!
Put 2 by 4 walls in garage. Prints had 2x6 on them.
It's clear they have no idea how to build homes!!!Ne

After arrow homes built a shell home they had to come back and make several repairs. They didn't put the drain in garage floor although it was on the prints.
Missed floor joist with flooring. After 2 years the floor repairs fell apart. Im in process of fixing them right. The make shift patch was not glued had very few nails.
This was supposedly fixed by the owner. DON'T EVER HIRE ARROW HOMES!!!!

Never have arrow homes build anything. They do very poor work.
Can't seem to read a level or the prints. I have walls 3/4 of an inch out at the top. Missed the floor joist nailing. I had to rebuild the walls floors and the doors leaked water at bottom.
Called them back. Didn't fix the problems.

My home is a year old. The floors squeak when you walk on them.
The owner came and said he fixed them. That lasted for one week. The garage doors leak water when it rains. There service is very poor, don't do what they say.
Chuck and jive!!!! No service or repair of mistakes. They talk the talk.
Sales person is son inlaw of owner. Good thing of he wouldn't have a job.
