Verified ReviewerPaid to have a crack filled, fell out in weeks
I set up an appointment and was quoted a price over the phone. When the tech arrived, he was very courteous and told me about the warranty.
"If you have any issues, we will come out to fix it for free." Then proceeded to charge me more than the quote was. A week later I noticed a small chip was missing. Now a couple of weeks after, the fill has completely fallen out.
I called the Asheville location. The lady who answered the phone said that has never happened and took my information to have someone from the warranty department call me.
She did. She gave me the run around and finally said nobody would come out to fill it again. "They fall out all the time."
So now I'm filing a dispute with my bank and posting this as a warning to any potential customers.
Stay away! Their warranty is worthless, and they won't honor it WEEKS after they "fixed" it.
- Worthless work
Preferred solution: The crack filled as I paid for.

Verified ReviewerIncomplete service
Replaced windshield and wipers were inoperable. Attempted to double charge for replacement after windshield cracked during wiper fixing.
- Poor service
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
I am lost for words
they should really get technicians that have knowledge in a field. And dress to suit the position not look like a *** off the street.
Lied to me
Arrow Auto Glass said the glass I needed was on National backorder, which turned out to be a lie. Subaru had my glass with immediate availability.

Arrow Auto Glass Windshield Installation Review from Ellicott City, Maryland
Buyer beware.... I am on my third attempt to have my windshield installed properly.
First the installer was extremely arrogant and was very proud to tell me he created his own way to seal a windshield using a beading technique. So after a few days I take my car to the car wash and my car floods. Not sure what was wrong I start at the dealer who right away determines the windshield is leaking. So much for his snappy little technique.
So I call Arrow and they give me a hard time but ultimately send the same installer to attempt a fix. From what I heard he was giving everyone at the dealership a hard time as well. (Not verified personally but I can see this happening based on my interactions.) Today I pick my car up and test with water and no leaks. However when driving on the highway the two pieces of plastic, that wrap around my rear view mirror, fell off and struck me.
Unbelievable right...?? I call the company and the lady who answered the phone, Ashley, gives me a hard time. You can't win with this company. I have now been majorly inconvenienced three times to only receive an attitude.
It's manager time. I get her name and her managers name and the attitude stops. I get a call back within 5 minutes explaining he is gone for the day and they are requesting me to bring my car into their location first thing in the morning which is 35 minutes away and in the wrong direction from my employment. This nightmare is still going on but I'm hoping they see this post and rectify without me submitting chapter two.
Oh, I forgot to mention the water leak damaged my fan blower and will end up costing my nearly $800 to replace. It's still working but has been damaged so I will never know when it will finally go up.
I just had it replaced two months ago. Not sure what to do about that.
Repaired a chip in windshield Arrow Auto Delaware
My insurance company hooked me up with Arrow Auto Glass. The technician came out to "repair" the chip in my windshield and when he left, it looked worse than when he started.
He basically used the same technique you would use with a store bought kit. He drilled *** into the already cracked windshield and placed a few drops of glue into it. There was no use of any high tech equipment that I have experienced with other glass companies. I contacted another well known glass company and they are not able to fix someone else's screw up.
Now I have to pay a deductible to get a whole new windshield.
WARNING!!!!!arrow auto glass WARNING!!!!!!!!!
warning recently used arrow auto glass to replace rear window in my 1999 dodge ram pickup stated to me must be removed by smashing out window with hammer I agreed with the technition also stated all glass would be picked up and removed from scene.BOY WAS I WRONG vehicle bed was the only thing cleaned up. inside of vehicle was not cleaned as well as the ground/driveway.I thought all ground was cleaned so went to store to get gas in truck when I discovered two completly flat tires on the front of vehicle as well as two back tires going down.now a big mistake on my behalf not catching this tech mistake before moving vehicle cost of 800dollars to replace all tires when I then called arrow auto glass to state that the ground as well as inside vehicle was not cleaned up, arrow auto glass had stated "THEY WE NOT RESPONCEABLE FOR GROUND CLEANUP" so to all you consumers out there thinking about using arrow auto glass to do the work and save some time to replace your windows in any vehicle I sugest you call safelite auto glass instead of arrow i did this due to weather (rain) and now paying to have tires replaced at a cost of 800dollars not a happy customer

Use them once I will never use them again very incompetent that's all I have to say.
I know this is an old comment ...but the flat tire thing is a bit not happening unless your tires were completely bald to start with or you did burnouts in piles of tempered glass I've been in the business for over thirty years and have never seen a tire go flat from driving over tempered..... But hey complain as you may I've heard funnier complaints on parts that were never even worked on but we broke hahaha but the glass company should have cleaned up after themselves.
The installer himself takes no pride in his work.
Unfortunately those people are every where.
Sounds like cycleman tried to scam Arrow auto glass for four new tires. (***)
Broken auto glass would not cause flat tires, especially on a p/u truck. Bad attention to clean up.
Ive never heard of an auto glass tech using a hammer to remove glass. Grimeslon is correct in stating you cant get flat tires from tempered glass. Sounds like a scam.
sorry but tempered glass cant give you a flat tire . you have a better chance of getting a flat from rock in the road.
:sigh dont use arrow auto glass out of utica ny
