Shoe return

i sent two pairs of shoes back in janaury they did not fit i still have not received a refund!!! i asked for a return label never received one i work every day so don't have a lot of time to get online for a response this was the second time that i had returned shoes that did not fit the first time i received a return label this time i did not

The shoes are too big. No packing slip...and you say easy returns.

The is sad and and has cost me much time. This is honest and true.

You have not made this easy and I could never recommend you to anyone. I have "lost time"...I do not want to lose my money!

The shoes arrived. Tried only one shoe on...too big. No packing slip...no receipt...And you said easy returns.

I have tried and no luck speaking to any live person at customer service. No one wants to help and I do not want to spend $5, even if it is refundable to get an answer about returning the shoes.

Cancelling a $55 a month is not always so easy. Why do you want to make it hard and a very bad customer experience ?

Please help me to return the shoes and for you you to return my money to me. Thank you Ann Serafino

I can't return the 2 pair that were way too small, not to size or width

They do not come true to size or width. They are way too small.

I am not going to take a chance with ordering a size up since the extra wide was way too tight anyway. Very disappointing!

No invoice came with the 2 pair I ordered, so I CANNOT SEND THEM BACK>>>rip-off! and an unhappy customer!

I purchased two pairs of shoes to wear as I had two knee replacement and need it something comfortable

What they send me was two marked / dirty / soiled shoes

I Complain and send photos and they offer me half the price refund

I did not exempt as I paid full price for this shoes

I have send them more then 10 emails/ messages but they didnt respond and pretended they never got a response so they close the case

They are scamming and there is a lot of people trying to contact them but no one can as they dont respond

Am a pensioner and it is not everyday that I can spen this money to buy shoes

They robbed me $150
