User's recommendation: Take care of my problem
Absolute lack of customer service. Purchased an rc 1 month ago, and still haven't received it and can't get response from them in regards to what is going on
- - Paid for a TLR tuned Typhon one month ago.
- - There is only one contact email, and the person won’t respond after receiving all information.
Poor customer service from the very first arrma I bought and has remained the same or worse with each new purchase. Once sale is made they don't seem to care about the product any more
Paid for a TLR tuned Typhon one month ago, and have yet to receive anything other than a simple statement that it has cleared sorting. One contact email for a person that won't respond, even after receiving all necessary information.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Be wary. They dont stand behind it once it's aold
Trouble with limitless
I need to change the center DEF to a 40-teeth spur. The new limitless 120, how to do this? Phone number: 229-563-****.
Poor customer service
- - The Big Rock 223s overheats.
- - Customer service won't respond.
- - Online research shows a common issue with no real solution offered by Arrma.
Big rock 223s overheats and customer service won't get back to me. Researching online shows this to be a common issue with no real solution that arrma wants to offer.
Arrma will not post my review. This is a scam company.
User's recommendation: Don't buy arrma products.

Verified ReviewerI called tech support with some technical questions.
- - Arrma Gorgon shock oil questions discussed with Ryan.
- - The 20+ minute session was patient and helpful; he sent motor charts brushed vs brushless.
I called Arrma tech support with some technical questions about my new Arrma Gorgon that I had recently purchased. My first question was what shock oil weight was used in the Gordon.
Which led to the conversion comparison to other types of shock oil. My technician expert was Ryan. He was amazing digging and searching for all the answers to my questions we talked probably for a good 20 plus minutes about the car and about the hobby. He sent me links to charts about motor comparison like brushed versus brushless and the equivalent from one to the other.
One question led to another question that led to another question that led to another thought about another question...lol I'm not new to the hobby, but I am new to upgrading vehicles.
He sent me a lot of good information. I felt very comfortable talking with him, he was very patient and eager and willing to help me find the info.
User's recommendation: If they hire people like Ryan to handle their tech support with customers like me I could only imagine the rest of them are equally knowledgeable and helpful with tech support.

Verified ReviewerComplaint
- - The Arma Typhon Brushless breaks often: four chassis, four steering links and two rear axles.
- - Run time is about 10-15 minutes before it breaks again.
The arma typhon Brushless my friend and I had bought and we have broken four chassis and they brake with one flip and we have broken about 4 pairs of the steering links on them and we have broken two rear axles and it just seems like we are fixing them way more than running them it really sucks I may have to move to traxxas cause I cannot keep dumping money into the cars that I get maybe 10-15 minutes of run time before it brakes again
- Fast car
- Brakes a whole lot
Preferred solution: I would like any other solution than what we have for options right now

Verified BuyerI have bought several Arrma products & love to enjoy them my family & friends but lately I’ve been having issues with the quality of products coming straight from the manufacturer to the sores.
- - Senton servo failed in under 3 months; Vorteks range ~20 ft, ESC fried on connect.
- - Infraction motor screws dislodged on first run; motor rubbed cup.
The servo on my Senton, which I had for less than three months, went out. My Vorteks' range is only about 20 feet, and my speed controller fried instantly, like an egg, upon connecting the battery.
I recently purchased the Infraction, and on its first use, not even five minutes into runtime, my motor screws became totally dislodged from the motor. The motor was rubbing against the driver cup. This was an incredibly disappointing and upsetting time given that I had almost paid $700 with two sets of tires that I purchased! The hobby shop from which I bought it is approximately 30 minutes away from my house.
However, they don't do repairs, so I've had to drive over an hour each way to try and get repairs—what a major inconvenience! Parkflyers RC is in Lakewood, NJ, and I'm from Atlantic City, NJ. I also purchased the Granite, which I love!
Oh, and I almost forgot, I also own the 4S Kraton. I've purchased all these Arrma products in less than two months, so as you can see, I'm a RC addict!
- Easy to maintenance & access things easily
- Contacting customer service & new product failures
Preferred solution: Price reduction
User's recommendation: Make sure you know were & how far you have to go for repairs because the cost of car repairs gas & time to travel doesn’t have you paying more money & time than you would like to spend on various products because it can be costly when issues such as the one with the infraction
Broken charger
- - Out of the box, the product is great.
- - Charger failed within two weeks; no response for a week.
- - Upgrades are being considered; parts are hard to find.
Out of the box, this product is great. I've been careful not to deliberately tear it up, but the charger failed within two weeks of owning it and I can't get help resolving the issue.
It's been a full week with no response.
I've started looking at upgrades as well. Parts are hard to come by and are expensive.
- Decent little truck
- Bad charger
Preferred solution: The truck working like it’s supposed to. It’s Not like I broke it and expect them to fix it. It’s a faulty charger.
User's recommendation: 2nd rc truck. You can get ahold of Traxxas all day everyday
E-commerce Talks
You can’t even contact anyone directly and after only 3 uses the vehicle won’t operate and I can’t reach anyone to resolve this
The battery indicates a full charge but the vehicle wont operate . I cant reach customer service except through email
User's recommendation: But something else.

Verified ReviewerTech support
Sold me a bad ESC and it seems nobody wants to help. The wrong number for support is listed online, and I have to jump through hoops just to get someone on the phone.
The customer service/tech support is horrible. Do better!!!
- Trash
Preferred solution: Replace what you sold me, damaged, or refund entire purchase and ALL upgrades. $600-$700 worth of stuff
User's recommendation: Do BETTER
