Arriva Medical - Diabetic Test Strips Review
Since I got my new phone in November, Arriva has called me more than 20 times. I have repeatedly told them to not call me. Medicare will no longer pay them, yet they claim they are in negotiations with them and that I can still order supplies -- at no cost. These calls are becoming harassment.

Keep getting call for other items other than my diabetic supplies.
I'm tired of calls from arriva trying to get me to get other items from them at minimal cost they say. I have gotten a back bio pack, ankle brace, heating pad & finally a knee brace which they billed insurance $1100. & am charging me $162. & that is not minimal. I have not used any of these items as didn't need them but took them to get them off my back. These items are all in their original packaging & would love to send all back & get my money back but now this won't happen. That knee brace is not worth that much money & is a rip off as far as I'm concerned. I have no problem with my diabetic supplies as they do a great job on them but the rest of the stuff they push I don't want unless doctor says I need it then will get it at a local store cheaper.

Inaccuracy reading
I have bee a customer for over 5 years, recently i received a call informing me that my meter was giving out false readings. I have been over medicating myself due to the defaulted meter, What can I do about this deadly issue. What I need to know is there a class act lawsuit in progress. How many others have had this issue? please respond. I have been waiting on a call from someone and to no avail no one has taken the time to call or contact me about this matter. i am transferred to several people before i am totally disconnected. You all are putting people lives in danger of death, due to the defaulted meters and strips

Arriva Medical Diabetic Testing Supplies Review
Constant calls but never leave a message 2 - 3 times per week at ALL hours. Get a letter from Medicare telling me after such and such a date that they will stop paying for supplies now i start getting mail from Arriva telling me to not worry. Soneone get their **** together.

11.21.16 i ray howard to reorder my supplies one of the caller were very rude and would not give me a chance to speak.. And she hang up on me. why do we services personal do not listen to the person in need... Not right. 404 454 ****

UnAmerican, scam, scam, calls at 8am and @9pm, against the law.
Got a phonecall and thought it was "Aviva" the company supplies I have been using. Some person with a very heavy accent told me they had gone thru Express Scripts which is my medical plan's accepted way of getting my equipment, and that they were authorized to send my supplies from now on.I was told it is approved by Medicare once a year for no cost. Thinking I was talking to the company making my regular supplies, "aviva" I said okay fine.Weeks later a box arrived and I realized it wasn't my regular company. I left the box unopened. A month later I start getting calls from Arriva medical. I told the foreign woman That I wasn't using their product as it was not the one I normally use and that I didn't want anything more to do with them. A few days later I get a call from an English speaking "supervisor" who doesn't understand why I don't need more supplies. I repeated my story and she said "oh" and promptly tried to sell me a knee brace or a back brace to which I said no. Since then they call me 6 or 8 times a day which is illegal in Massachusetts. I don't answer. Now I got a notice from Blue Cross that I might owe over $200. No way! I'm sending the box back and requesting a receipt signed by them. Wish me luck.

Excessive Phone Calls
October 18, 2016 - I have used Arriva for my diabetic supplies for several years. The products are just fine and I am happy with them. I will reorder as needed. I received a new supply about two weeks ago and all was OK Today, I received a phone call from a lady who asked my zip code and another question to verify my identity. OK. She would not listen when I informed her that I did want her special offer of another benefit being offered. Five times I informed her and five times she insisted that I listen to this ongoing conversation. I asked here not to call me any more and she just continued talking. I hung up after losing my patience - yes, I did elevate my voice. I sat back down at my desk and within 2 minutes, I received another call from Arriva from another lady who had never heard of the first lady and said that my file showed no call. I hung up again. What's the matter with you people. My God - give it a rest - DO NOT CALL ME ANY MORE !! Richard B. Miller - Virginia

I was called to reorder for my mother. I refused to reorder because medicare said they no longer do businesd with them. Arriva said they were talking to medicare and they would send order if medicare wouldn't pay then it would be free of charge. I said send me a letter first that says that. Arriva called again and I hung up. Next thing I know package arrives from Arriva. You people have always been pushy. I complained many times about you calling about braces. You just don't listen to your customers.

Can't make the .,&$@@ people stop calling
My wife is in hospice care for pancreatic cancer. I have told Arriva to stop calling for the last three months but they keep calling at least twice a week. All they do when I ask them to stop is ask for our zip code. It doesn't take 100 words to say STOP, so I'll start over. We have absolutely no use for any of your products. Harrassing calls and sales pitches.
Arriva calls weekly. I tell them I'm not out of supplies. They ask me why, and push to sell me things I don't need like knee braces, back braces, and other items, with the comment, "well, one day you might need them and then you'll have them. Their free through Medicare. Horrible people. I wish they would contact me by email instead of by phone. They are a company approved by Medicare, but sound like a company located in the Far east, even though their address is in Florida. The taxpayers pay for these product eventually. It's not right.

They used to notify me when it was time for my refill blood strips so I didn't realize I was low. When I called, they wouldn't overnight ship so I was without them for 10 days! They asked if I wanted a reminder & I said yes, please! Well once again I ran out cause I thought I could depend on them to send the reminder-- they didn't.

No help whatsoever, just given the run around, hung up on 4x:s, waited 30 mins., to talk to someone. No record of ever ordering from you. The last time I ordered from you was in March of 2015. I have moved to Florida as of August 2015. I was getting calls from you then. I use to live in Pekin, Illinois 61554. I have both Medicare/medicaid. I am trying to order a new tester/supplies. I can not get the prescription filled at Walmart because of Part B/D. Please help me, other I will not test PERIOD!!!!!!!!

Harassment calls all the time
This company is the most horrible co. I have to deal with. The foreign people who cannot understand English properly keeps calling at least twice a day everyday. SOMEONE MUST STOP THIS HARRASMENT!! Who should I turn to. I have tried my phone company without any positive results. Why FCC cannot stop this HARRASMENT. Arriva medical using this technique of getting repeat orders is disgusting. I had also advice them not to call me few times. This did not work. I had also told them more than once that if I neede anything then I will call them. That fell on deaf ears. How can this company be allowed to continue doing this. It is disgusting. This must stop. This must stop. This must stop sop stop stop stop stop ! I just wonder whether there was a way to stop this HARRASMENT. The government must make this company stop this practice .

I have requested not be contacted by phone on several occasions and even requested be connected with a supervisor. The response I get every time is "...we will note this on your records...", yet I STILL keep getting calls soliciting knee braces, back braces, catheters, etc. I have type 1 diabetes and only need testing supplies,...nothing else!
