I purchased a new 2018 Dodge Ram Laramie from Arrigo dealership. I was told by Arrigo to call Dodge Ram for a printed owners manual.

I called Dodge Ram and received a diesel warranty booklet. I then called again relaying what happened and was sent a gas warranty booklet. My third call to Dodge Ram I was told they could no longer request a manual, and there[ was no way to get in touch with distributor. I was then told to send in a receipt when I purchased an owners manual, and they will try to reimburse me.

Called Arrigo, no response. Disappointing to be treated this way after purchasing such a pricey truck.
