Parcel not received no response

Nothing has developed, emails are bouncing back, cannot phone message bank is full. It is ludicrous this company is still operating.

This would have to be one of the biggest scam companies in Australia. I ordered two outdoor dining settings on 15 November 2021.

I received nothing only to be told, when I contacted them by email, the settings were on backorder until April 2022 or I could have a refund which I opted for. I have sent my bank details (which they advised they did not keep with the original order) ) I have emailed since no reply and no refund. Now emails are bouncing back.

You cannot phone them either. I am disgusted

These guys never sent my product which was ordered online and never refunded also
