Barred for complaining
Me and my mum ordered a take away from Aroma pizza on wallsend high street. When we received it the whole order was STONE COLD ,off putting and looked DISGUSTING.
I rang the shop to complain about the food being stone cold and disgusting, the guy who answered the phone verbally abused me had a bad attitude then told me not to complain about it and im barred from there shop.
Its a total DISGRACE HOW HE SPOKE TO ME AND HOW ME AND MY MUM WERE TREATED. WE GOT NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY, JUST PURE ABUSE WITH ALOT OF ATTITUDE.
