This RUDY TUFINO in his picture and information below held a truck up half a day on Friday waiting on a load confirmation to finally get it after i threatened to find another load for my driver. This morning "Monday" Rudy sends a email and calls and cancels my reload from ABILENE,TX to HOUSTON,TX order # 318****. My driver was almost empty and fixing to head to the shipper when this occurred and I am due a TONU truck order not used for $150 for this and now Rudy won't return my emails for this request nor will he answer his cell phone or his office phone! We will no longer do business with ARNOLD until I receive this TONU. We don't do business this way and surely do not do business with anyone else who conducts business in this manner !

My husband recently started driving for Arnold. He did orientation and then was sent with his first load.

There were 2 stops. No one bothered to make the appointment (even though he was told there was on) and he sat at the first stop from 11 to 3. Still managed to get the second stop because it was set for 4. We checked his messages on-line and there was no pre-plan for the following day.

Checked again in the morning, nothing. They called him at 10 AM and wanted him to drive 4 hours to pick up a load, and it had to be right now. He left (even though we made plans because there was no load scheduled) and then truck broke down 3 miles from pick up location. That was 3 PM on Saturday.

They let him sit in the office in Grand Prairie until 10 PM when they finally got him a hotel room. The next day they told him they could not get the part ti fix the truck. Again, stuck there. But they did not cover the hotel, he paid for it himself.

Monday morning he is at their Grand Prairie locations. His dispatcher, who knew how long my husband had been there, let him sit around for hours (again!) and when my husband tried to reach him, the dispatcher was at lunch. Soooo this *** knows my hubby has been stuck there, away from his family with no vehicle to get around, at this point for almost 48 hours. Do you think he offered to get my husband any lunch?

*** no!! They finally tell him around 2:30 that they are getting him another truck to drive. By 5:00 that still had NOT happened. And gyuess what that lowly creature (his dispatcher) did?

He left for the day! I drove 4 hours after work to go get my husband. When I arrived there at 10 PM, he had still not been given a truck, nor did anyone ask if he needed anything. If I had not gone to get him, he would have sat allnight at there offices.

This is absolutely no way to treat a person!!

Would I recommend Arnold? LOL What do you think?

I'm very disappointed with the way this company ran its"driver manager" team in 2014.. You would think that if you asked a so called professional individual to make sure something is done on his end it would be done..

Instead he's only thinking about how many loads he can get you to deliver..

"THAT ALL" But you as a drive believe in doing like it was taught to you 17 years before with professionalize mum,,and as safe as you possibly can without any fatality...Now that you are hurt due to them not doing what they said they would do and can't even get them{ARONLD TRANSPORTATION} to even help with any compensation..... But remember you messed up!!!!

Drvr in trk 58013 poured his *** cup out on the ground next to my and then said *** you when I complained

Fell on ice covered parkinglot while delivery of a beer load earlier this year Fleet Mangager was informed within minutes after injury and Safety dept was informed as we'll I received a message on truck communication device to drop load and try getting Medical attention which was not available at that time due to area of drop and having a 52 ft trailer attached as I was in outskirts of network city limits and Weather had put large demand on the Emergengy rooms with waits in access of over 4 hrs just to get seen I drove towards southbound roadways leading back towards my home of record as this was end of my workweek and I was headed for Hometime and Reset Due to weather and road conditions it took better part of 8hrs to get to my Home apron arriving Home I tried contacting Arnold Transportation about my status and no one I Repeat No one answered the calls I finally got a hold of Safety department the next day and was instructed to go to Concentra health care (what a joke that was ) was x rayed and told no treatment until Arnold approved of payment What the *** ! They called me back with approval to be treated 10 days latter with a crushed right wrist fracture due to fall that was deformed since injury This was crazy.

The Orthodox surgeon was concerned and tried telling Arnold he had to set these bones with ping and fused bone grafts which took a mth latter I am not fully healed after over 8 myths now with Workmanship comp checks offen not received for over math or so til they decided to send them I have hired a lawyer since then and Arnold has not returned any inquiries to same either from lawyer or worksman comp commission And u guys want a Drive for a company who claims it cares for its drivers. What would u do if it were u think about it Yeah they took care of me big time without a long wet Kiss Nothing follows at this time will update as needed. be safe out there drivers and heave my Warning.

Several times i have tried to work as an experienced truck driver for arnold chris hackler is a racist that doesnt like certain people.thats the way he runs this outfit.well theres a lot of other companies out there but chris this is certain person that you dont like im trying to all the right works as a truck driver arnold transport is very bad because of you.i have filed alwsuit against arnold transport and all you fellow americans online that read this article please be careful because of chris hackler.gentlemen lets give opportunity for those..ok

If you are in the new york area and want to learn commercial driving instructions,try not to go in bklyn ny national vocational.they only want your money not your time..i had an experience as a student there bad the office lady in the reception doesnt care about you.mainly she will inspire you and and once the check is signed as a voucher,your clock is ticking.theres a great instructor there that treat him bad and this guy is a proffesional.just ask for eddie sierra..the best teacher..all the time you need hes there.
