Lied about shippement date
I placed an order on 06/10/2014 and paid for a 2 days business shipping, I called the next day early on 06/11/13 to verify they had received my order, the man who answered the call stated that he will send the order today, and placed me on hold to verify he had all six items in stock, he came back to the call and said yes we have it. I called on Friday 06/14/14 to inquiry about the order; he stated that he had just shipped the order last night on 06/13/14.
06/14/13 received and email that the order was shipped as of 06/17/213 no package has arrive. Bottom line this company is not reliable, don’t order from them if you need the order to arrive promptly and as promise.
Product not received
On March 1 I placed an order with Arnold Supplements for Solgar Selenium. The shipping method was USPS 2-3 Day Priority.
My credit card was charged on the date of my phone call. I waited several weeks, and when the order did not arrive, I started calling. Even though their website claims calls are answered 24/7, my calls were answered by a machine. I left messages which were not returned, and sent emails which were not answered.
Finally I called on March 26, the call was answered, and I was told that the post office must have lost the shipment. I was promised that another shipment would be sent the next day. Since this company is located about ten miles from my home, I told the representative that I would expect the merchandise in a day or two. I still do not have it.
If I do not receive the supplement, I will contact my bank to reverse the charges.
Arnold Supplements: Product never shipped
I placed an order with Arnold Supplements over the internet, for 2 boxes of nutritional supplements. My debit card was charged the same day; I additionally selected 2-3 day priority USPS shipping.
Over 10 days later, I have not received my order; I have tried calling this company over 5 times, all at different times of the day and I receive the same phone message that no one is available to take my call. I sent an email asking when I could expect to see my package. I immediately received an auto-reply e-mail stating that they would respond within several hours but I received nothing. I e-mailed again the same night, demanding to know why my card was charged if my merchandise was not shipped.
After reading their website, it clearly stated that the customer's credit card would not be charged until the product was shipped. I am at a loss; I do not know what to do.
All I want now is my money back, I feel this company is being deceptive.

We ship thousands of packages a month and occasionally a small amount do get lost by the USPS. Occasionally, we do mistakes on our end as well but try to remedy them as quickly as possible.
