I am a Motability customer. Abarths are listed on the Motability car search and on Arnold Clark Motability websites

I filled in the Abarth Motability form.
I was contacted by Abarth who advised they would pass my details to nearest Abarth dealership. Who stated that No Abarths are available to Motability customers.
I have contacted Arnold Clark and they have not responded.
I wouldn't like any other Motability customers to be left in a rock bottom mood, like I have.

User's recommendation: Don't go near these people, the customers service skills are no existant, the ignore emails and are not interested in Motability customers. Have no understanding of the concept of "Know your customer" how to deal with "Vulnerable customers " don't appear to understand how to reply to electronic mail!
