Horrible Communication

For an internet company their communication is horrible. I was scheduled for an initial work on April 9 and installation April 16. I was specifically told not to call or worry if no one showed on the 9th... to wait ! So I did wait until April 12. I called and was told that someone tried calling on April 1 and no one answered so they just gave up. Nor will they reschedule. No other calls or emails were sent.
