Casey Armstrong hired sex offender thinking he can scre out of pay
Well a few days after I asked to police to get involved and telling him that only cashmoney order or certfied check will do he waved the check to the police as I explained to them that it was late and after banking ghours with no way to be sure it was good. Knowing the law, if I were to take the check and he either bounced or put stop paymnet on it I would have to sue him in small claims court rather than simply filing a lein ($75) on each of the two residences to coloect.
So he texted me and said he was outside my house with a money order. By the time I ran down the stairs, put shoes on and went otside he was gone.
He then texted me to say that he placed it in the mail box, which he did. So there it ends!!!
Want to be honest and mention that he did come in the evening to try to get me to take a check and said he was in controller not me and I should just take a check. When I said only as per our agreement for cash he left his truck in front of my mailbox and started talking to a neighbor while I finally called police to intervene.
Hard to believe he sent m a text which is part of PDF texts to be emailed to attorney if needed but he said he new of my offense over a year ago when he moved in across the street but still had no problem hiring me or leaving me with his client to go to another job!

I am responding to Roy Allen Jacob who has left this nasty post about my company. First off I would like to make it clear that Roy did not work for me.
He was subcontractor he has no affiliation with my company. Second of all, I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and second chances at life. In this case some people do not deserve it such as Roy Jacob. I never promised Roy that I would pay cash.
I never pay cash to anyone. I am legitimate businessman and write checks from my business account to pay my subcontractors. As far as work goes, Roy is a sub standard painter. I gave him a task to paint a 10*10 wall to short 8*10 walls with windows and doors in between them and it took him 4 hours.
I lived across the street from Roy, who asked me to work for him on a particular job that he did not have the skill to do. And yes he did pay in cash, he assumed since he paid me in cash then I would do the same. I never told Roy that I would give him cash. Roy has since been paid with a cashiers check of 325 dollars for work he did as a subcontractor.
Roy your morals, your beliefs and your life show who you really are.
I will never subcontract work to Roy Allen Jacob ever again. And would recommend anyone who comes across him to think twice about getting involved with him.
