Problem with refund

I sent my package for a refund on Nov 20, but I still have not received the refund. I returned your products and emailed you my shipping confirmation. I want my money back.

You can't get a refund for custom-made items for obvious reasons and it is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, and you repeatedly ignored the explanation from our support. You will be refunded for the regular size purchase but need to communicate to decide on the part ordered on custom basis

I didn't order a custom made item. I had nothing custom made or sized to me so I don't know what you are talking about.

Nothing custom ordered = no problem with return, or at least it shouldn't be. No item on my order was marked on your website, and I tried to cancel and discuss this order through your on-site email system which is atrocious. I also tried to call your listed customer support number. It isn't in service.

Want to tell me another line about why your company is so poor with communication?

You are the only company that I have dealt with that I've been required to pay shipping both ways for my order and return. Highly unsatisfied with my experience and your "explanation."

EDIT: No item I ordered was made as a custom to me, or was marked as a custom make only item.

I had no custom item, I didn't order a custom. Are you trying to imply that I cannot return the rondels as they were a "custom order" because your company used them in a photo shoot?

To make them available for sale in a non-custom order, and when that order is returned unopened you say "You can't return your custom item." is a misleading and shady business practice. The audacity of charging shipping costs twice on top of trying to sneak that buy a customer is shameful.
