we purchased a co-sleeper pack n play for our son in september of 2021...one of the plastic corners literally has split and broken, causing the entire thing to be unsteady and unsafe. i spoke with Denise through email (customer service) she said because they can't replace the part, they would replace the entire pack n play. numerous emails later, she continued to tell me that they are out of stock...then kept telling me a later date that they would receive them...Then all of a sudden my emails to her are just being sent back as "mailer damon", so she had to have done something on her end to block my emails. mind you i wasn't rude, i was just inquiring about when i'd receive the replacement...my son is now 9 1/2 months old and hasn't been able to use the pack n play for over 3 months. very poor and disappointing customer service. further more, when you try to call any of the numerous customer service phone numbers, you NEVER get a live person or a return phone call when leaving a message.

Preferred solution: i just would like the replacement promised, before our son outgrows it. If they can't do that, then a full refund would be sufficient.
