I just received my order for the ARMRA...
I can not believe that no one has replied to my complaint. I paid over $100 for a product that arrived less than half full, and no one from the website has answered my questions or addressed my complaint.
They are extremely unprofessional; fortunately, their products aren't that great to reorder, so I'm not so heartbroken. However, I do want a full refund asap.
For a product that is worth $100, I am stunned that I received what looks to be a used or opened jar or a less than half-empty jar. Either way, I would like to be refunded or to receive another jar with a decent amount of product.
This is completely unacceptable to deceive customers in this way. The cost of this product is high due to the quality, I understand, but give the customers an adequate amount of product.
I am so disappointed to be emailing you with this issue because I am fond of this product. Please reply as soon as possible.
