Install question
U were most helpful with my question!
But unfortunately, I have found the screens nearly impossible for me to install. The threads do not go in easily on the screw.
The anchors are pulling out of the wall so I guess I need to call the people who installed them, which was an Andersen window. I wont even attempt to install them again until theres different hardware put on very disappointed.

This company misrepresents itself to consumers. Thank God I did not hire them to perform any services.
What losers! I called them to get a quote on replacing my screening at my patio. They said that they do not do screens but hurricane shutters, etc. May I kindly ask why they are called Armor Screen?
They are frauds! To anyone out there, don't go there. If my difficulty of just trying to get a quote from them is an indicator of the company it is amazing that they are still in business .
They weren't rude, just exceptionally unhelpful. After turning my business away they wouldn't even give me the name of someone who does screening.
Extremely disappointed
This company operates as a professional company yet they behave like amateurs. I have contacted them on several occasions, leaving endless messages and they Continue to ignore all my calls.
How can you call yourself a successful business. Especially Ron Poe who has been the most disappointing.
He came out once and never followed up any of my calls or emails. I wanted to do business with them but now that will never happen.
Armor screen sucks
This company sold me 0.20/ square foot trampoline fabric hurricane protection system for $15.00 a sq ft! with cheap seat belts sewn in as hoops to hold it and now after 2 years the sun has ruined it.
armor screen sucks and they didn't warranty the work. This system I come to find out has failed many times all over the place yet they claim its the strongest product in the world.
Florida *** artists never cease to amaze me. I was going to file a lawsuit against them but I discover their own attorneys (squire sanders) are suing them for $1.2 million over unpaid legal bills so didn't think I could collect.

My Armor Screens worked great throughout Irma. No issues at all. In fact it was nice to be able to go on the patio and watch parts of the storm through the screen!
Why would anyone keep hurricane screen in the Florida Sun for years? The sun is hot in Florida...duh....duh....duh
You can see videos on youtube of armor screen failures. This appears to be a typical South Florida business scam. I don't know how companies can sell products that fail when safety is what they are selling
....seems to me that Ben and Brenda must work for this hurricane fabric.com company, who is obviously a competitor. I don't trust them!
I emailed hurricanefabric.com and they emailed me pictures of many Armor Screen failures. That stuff just doesn't stop impacts when a wind is blowing.
Armor Screen has had many failures of their product as it can't withstand impacts with wind loads on it. email the guys at hurricanefabric.com, or storm smart and im sure they would be happy to email pictures of these horrible failures of their product. Armor Screens patents were also invalidated by the US Patent office.
