Spent a lot of money on a metal roof in 2019 from Armor Metal Roofs. Per the recommendation from Glenn Wilusz (President) we waited on installing snow guards. He suggested we go through a season and see what we needed. They then would come back and install them. After experiencing very large snow curls, that pressed up against our windows and having a power line ripped off the house I contacted Glenn in the spring of 2020. He told me they were busy and would get back to me about a time they could do it. After several months I contacted him again. He responded that he would have a crew close to my area probably in a few weeks and would let me know.. about a month later i called several times and left a text message. No response. I called from another phone and wouldn't you know it.. Glenn answered. He then told me he didn't respond because he didn't have anything to say. He also suggested I might try getting someone else to do the job. There is no money in it for him. When I pointed out that this was done on his recommendation and that after spending thousands of dollars I felt he should see it through. What other company can I call and say I paid someone else to do our roof but could you please come install the guards? They would tell me to get the company who installed the roof to do it, after all you spent a lot of money. Glenn told me he had to concentrate on customers who need whole roofs done so he can stay afloat. Completely unprofessional. Not worth dealing with a company who when there is a problem completely bails on you.
