We hired them to remodel our kitchen and fix our floor when our dishwasher went out, and we found mold underneath. They came in and quoted us $45K and when we asked for some clarification on what that entailed it went up to $56K we signed the contract, and then they told us to get the cupboards that we wanted it would be extra even though we went over it with them before we signed the contract.
Same with the flooring, it seemed as they wanted to up-charge us for everything? We told them the faucet for the kitchen sink was brand new, and we wanted to keep it, but they convinced us that the 3 hole would look tacky on the granite counter top, and they would only drill 1 hole for the new one, so we bought a new faucet, and they still drilled 3 holes. After they tore up the flooring I noticed water spot by the back door and asked if they were going to look at that, they told me it was no big deal and it looked old, so I was not concerned. 6 months later and the flooring that they installed has soft spots, so we decided to try to call them out, but they are too busy to come see us, and we get the whole run around for 2-3 months and when they finally come out they said that the back door must be leaking and getting under the floor and causing damage.
They are very unprofessional when we were signing the closing documents they told us that if we wrote a positive review they would give us a gift card, but would not let us know how much was on the gift card?? Needless to say we did not give them a good review, but we did not give them a bad review ether, our mistake.
I try not to be negative to anyone and give the benefit of the doubt to all but i am very unhappy with this company and will recommend against them always!!
